I’ve read a number of descriptions of this and from what I can tell it doesn’t even qualify as a ‘near miss’. Delphi was going to change lanes, Google changed lanes first. The humanity.

Well, here’s a good one:

Lady I work with tried to lemon law her RX because she kept knocking the mirrors off on her garage and she claimed that the breakaway feature should have prevented that. Lexus replaced 3 of them for free before telling her to pound sand...and she still goes around telling everyone how terrible of a company Lexus is. (Oh, also she will not believe, despite numerous folks telling her, that Lexus is a Toyota company).

I don’t park near her.

Yep, that sounds about right. I’m parked next to an RX right now, but I drove my MR2 to work today. She can go ahead and open her door into it. The Lexus will receive damage. The MR2 will be the same. I kind of wish that someone parked like a complete asshat so that I could pull in inches from them, but no such luck today.
